We are excited to announce our new partnership with the MFC Foundation, supporting their work to raise aspirations and improve the life chances of people across our local communities.

Our MD, Robert Lynas said; “We are proud to nominate the MFC Foundation as our latest charity partnership. Their work across the local area is absolutely vast – supporting so many programmes including physical and mental health, education and employability as well as engaging people aged 2 years to 104. Lynas Engineers are looking forward to a strong and involved partnership with the foundation, including fundraising, staff inclusion and awareness-raising activities too”.

Lynas Engineers are one of latest regional companies to join the MFC Foundation as members of their corporate support programme; Friends of the Foundation. With a raft of ideas to continue the support and adoption throughout the partnership, the team are excited to support an organisation with such strong ties to the local community.

Paul Shepherd, Businesss Development Manager for MFC Foundation said, “Lynas Engineers becoming Friends of the Foundation is great news for us and for the people we support.  As a Teesside business with such a strong local identity Lynas understand the needs of the people we work with and genuinely want to help us to support our community.  I’m looking forward to a really successful partnership.”

So, with that in mind – we’ve already kicked off our fundraising! Our popular Preferred Partners programme hosts a series of events throughout the year, bringing together like-minded businesses wanting to work closer together for the betterment of our region. Our quarterly events are sponsored by organisations who share that vision and we have pledged £100 donation from each sponsored event to go directly to the work of the MFC Foundation.
