Following more than five years of committed hard work, the Lynas Engineers team is proud to announce the promotion of Stephen Drinkwater to the role of Senior Engineer.

Stephen joined the team in 2018 as a Civil Engineering Technician and has since progressed through roles of Assistant Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer to today’s new role of Senior Engineer. Stephen said, “I’m very proud of my recent promotion to Senior Engineer and recognise this as a significant milestone in my professional career.

“It’s great to know Lynas Engineers recognises hard work and my overall contribution to the company. I’m looking forward to stepping up and taking on different challenges in my new role”.

Lynas Engineers Director Wayne Farrell said; “We have been impressed with the way that Stephen has adapted to the working challenges presented to him over the past 12 months, particularly with regards to the Airport Access Road and the multiple Yorkshire Water Storm Tank schemes. His attention to detail and liaison with clients has been exceptional; he has proven himself to be an asset and a skilled and professional member of the team.

“It’s a key priority for the business to ensure our staff are the most effective and skilled that they can be – and Stephen is a great example of what hard work can achieve. His promotion to Senior Engineer comes with a new set of responsibilities and we are looking forward to seeing how his career continues to progress with us”.
